Sometimes it’s the only thing that can satisfy my craving. How can something so simple as two pieces of bread book-ending some meat or vegetable, maybe some cheese and some sort of dressing be so enticing. I have found that I’m not the only person who feels this way. So many people in my circle of friends who have embraced the Paleo nutrition lifestyle feel the same way. I know because we talk about it ….. a lot.

The word “lazy” is seldom used to describe the Paleo/Crossfit sort. Though I like to think I’m anything but lazy in the gym, the same absolutely cannot be said of my efforts in the kitchen. I’ll admit I don’t particularly like to cook.
