With it's fantastic chewy and crispy texture, even your kids will love it. Plus, this is the most versatile mix we've made yet! Use it to make delectable pizza crust, flatbread, breadsticks, or even tortillas!
We handcraft all of our products in small batches with premium organic nut flours and no artificial ingredients or preservatives. All of our goodies are designed to have a lower blood sugar impact than traditional baked goods and omit the inflammation-inducing grains. We like to say our foods Feed Your Soul.

Ingredients: Almond Flour, Arrowroot, Tapioca Flour, Sweet Potato Flour, Flax Seed Flour, Psyllium Husk Powder, Baking Powder, Salt, Active Dry Yeast (optional)*
*Yeast is packed separately. Thinner crust can be made without the yeast for customers avoiding yeast.
Mix Directions: Only requires water, one egg white and 1/2 tsp honey. Bloom yeast in small container with honey and water. Mix contents of packet, egg white and bloomed yeast in food processor until dough forms a ball. Form dough into ball and allow to rise about 30 minutes. Roll out and precook dough. Add your toppings, bake to melt the cheese and viola!
